The Municipality of Polygyros, as Data Controller, processes the information you enter in this form (first name, last name, country, email address and, optionally, a comment) solely to record your interest and to let you know when registration opens and about the Ice Swimming event. If you have opted in, it will also keep you informed about future events.

This processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to iceswimming@polygyros.gr. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew it.

Your information can be accessed only by authorised staff of the Municipality of Polygyros and is not shared with third parties. It is kept until the event is over or, if you have chosen to receive information about future events, until you withdraw your consent. Please do not include health information or any other sensitive data in the “Comment” field.
